Description
When we began step five we finally admit to ourselves, God, and another the exact nature of our wrongs. It is infinitely scary, but brave to leave one’s “flock” and find a confessor. But the weight that is lifted, is immeasurable.
The dark bird feels weighted down by addiction. The new flock is supportive and non judgmental as they fly around the confessor providing normalcy and protection. The street lamp is the warm glow in the darkness of misery, showing a way out. The stars are points of truth pointing you toward home.
