Description
Anger is necessary. Beneath anger are other emotions that can be discovered as it is allowed to be felt and understood. This rage can extend to anyone and any situation. Anger is a temporary anchor when you you’re drowning. Be comforted in knowing that your anger is an indication of the intensity of your love or connection to your loss.
In this painting every tally mark is a resentment, grudge, or regret. Each feeling is a form of anger that is marked up when we are reminded of our loss. This anger waves obviously like a red flag in our every action and thought – until the need for this anger begins to fade.
